Registration 

To avail of the services through our website “www.kumudini.com” , you have to register by giving us your username and password to create an account. We shall be responsible to maintain the confidentiality of your account. You may also sign up with your Facebook or Gmail account. Personal information shared by you like name and other details, including your contact number, email, customer verification, and contact address will be stored in the database and confidentiality shall be mentioned as per Privacy Laws in India. 

 

Order 

We may contact you through our website and ask you a question to verify the order placed by you, especially in the case of Cash on Delivery. Once you confirm the order, we will arrange for the packing and delivery of the product. If you opt for Cash on Delivery, order shall be completed only after receiving cash payment by the delivery person and the product is handed over to you and the receipt is signed by you or anyone on your behalf. 

 

Availability of Product 

Because of failure in order processing because of technical error or slow internet connection, there are chances that the item you have selected and added to cart may not be available anymore as it might have been delivered to other customers. It may happen in case there is lack of products of a specific quality/range/discount/highly demanded at that time. 

 

In that case, we will ask the customer for similar products. If a customer prefers another product, we will confirm the new order. If the cost of a new product is on the higher side, the customer needs to pay the difference. 

 

Payment Methods 

We offer the following payment methods to the customers – 

  • Online Payment – Customers may opt to pay online through their debit or credit card and we shall not be liability for any damage or loss arising out of the decline of the transaction, on account of cardholder exceeding the predefined limit agreed by us. In case the payment request is rejected by the bank, we have the right to refuse to ship the order without any liability. 
  • Cash on Delivery – We also offer cash on delivery as a payment option for no extra charges and our courier partner accepts this option. Customers can select Cash on Delivery Option to choose this payment option on the checkout page. 

 

Refund Policy 

Any refunds due to the customer shall be made through these modes – 

  • Wire transfer or Cheque – The amount of the refund shall be deposited into the customers’ bank account on approval within 10 business days after receiving the refund request. If you didn’t receive the amount within that period, please ask your bank and inform us if there is an issue. Refunds will be processed when we receive the product back and after doing quality checks. 
  • Credit Card – The credit card information provided by the customer will be used to re-credit their account with the amount of refund without making any change. Your credit card account will be refunded within the specific time frame by the bank. 

 

Cancellation & Exchange Policy 

Any request for cancellation of the order will be approved only before dispatch of your order. Any request for return will be processed within 48 hours from the date of order placement. No return/exchange request will be allowed after that period.
